Refund Policy
At Mescarf, we’re committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely pleased with your order, we’re here to help with an easy and straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Non-returnable items include final sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our customer service team at info@mescarf.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive an item that’s not in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will arrange for an exchange or replacement item at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Mescarf covers all return shipping costs.
- All other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they haven’t been shipped yet. Please reach out to info@mescarf.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
