Order Processing and Shipping
Shipping Coverage
- Regions Covered: Free shipping on all orders within the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
- Service Level: Standard shipping is available at no additional cost to our customers.
Order Processing
- Processing Duration: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 05:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Any orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following business day. During processing, our team ensures that each item meets our quality standards before shipment.
Delivery Times
All orders are delivered within 7 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Real-Time Tracking and Updates
We prioritize transparency in our shipping process. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your order in real time, allowing you to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Non-returnable items include final sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products.

3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive an item that’s not in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will arrange for an exchange or replacement item at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Mescarf covers all return shipping costs.
- All other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
6. Order Cancellations
