Shipping Coverage
- Regions Covered: Free shipping on all orders within the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
- Service Level: Standard shipping is available at no additional cost to our customers.
Order Processing
- Processing Duration: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 05:00 PM EST (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 05:00 PM EST will be processed the same business day. Any orders placed after the cut-off time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed the following business day. During processing, our team ensures that each item meets our quality standards before shipment.
Delivery Times
All orders are delivered within 7 to 11 business days (Monday to Friday) after your order has been processed and dispatched.
Real-Time Tracking and Updates
We prioritize transparency in our shipping process. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your order in real time, allowing you to follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.
Refund Related
1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Non-returnable items include final sale items, gift cards, and customized or personalized products.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please email our customer service team at info@mescarf.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason for the return. Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged. If you receive an item that’s not in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Our team will arrange for an exchange or replacement item at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days and automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.
5. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or incorrect items: Mescarf covers all return shipping costs.
- All other returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
6. Order Cancellations

- To ensure that your Satin Scarf, Cashmere Scarves and Shawls always look as good as new and stay looking their best, please follow the care instructions below. Proper care will help extend their life and maintain their soft, cozy texture.
Satin Scarf
- Avoid direct sunlight: Avoid exposing silk scarves to strong sunlight to avoid fading of colors.
- Wash gently: It is recommended to hand wash silk scarves using a mild detergent and cold water. If you must use a washing machine, select the “gentle” mode and place the scarf in a laundry bag.
- Avoid Rubbing: Avoid touching the scarf to rough surfaces to prevent the silk from fraying or pulling.
- Drying: Dry naturally and avoid exposing the scarf to high temperatures. It is best to lay flat to dry to maintain its shape.
Cashmere Scarves
- Hand wash gently: Cashmere scarves should be hand washed in lukewarm water with a special detergent for wool. Avoid hot water or strong detergents.
- Avoid twisting: Gently press out excess water after washing and avoid wringing to avoid damaging the fibers.
- Lay flat to dry: Cashmere scarves should be laid flat to dry, avoid hanging them up to prevent stretching and deformation.
- Storage Suggestion: When not in use for a long time, it is recommended to put the cashmere scarf into a breathable bag to avoid contact with other rough materials and keep its softness.
Shawls
- Careful folding: When storing shawls, it is recommended to fold them gently to avoid hard creases. For cashmere shawls, it is best to store them flat.
- Wash moderately: If the shawl is dirty, you can choose to hand wash or dry clean it. Use a mild detergent to avoid damaging the texture of the fabric.
- Avoid stretching: Avoid stretching or rubbing the shawl hard when it is wet to maintain the overall structure and shape of the shawl.
- Storage: The shawl can be hung on a hanger, but make sure that the hanger does not exert excessive tension or friction on the shawl.
